Towards that end, we have a technical services cell to offer product-plus inputs. Not only does our technical taskforce make a pre-sale assessment of the compatibility of our products with your processes, it also stays in touch with you to troubleshoot post-delivery problems, if any. The cell also undertakes other activities like process audit to streamline operations at your end. In India, professionals dedicated to technical services are based at Delhi, Mumbai, Salem and Ahmedabad.
